A (trial) subscription to ZooEasy Online expires automatically if it is not renewed. So you can simply let the expiration date pass without paying. You do not need to cancel the subscription.
As the expiration date approaches, you’ll receive a few emails about it, but you can ignore them. After some time (>6 months), your administration will automatically be deleted.
It is not possible to cancel the subscription before the end date.
