How do I prevent users from polluting the database?

There are several ways to prevent this, which we will explain:
1. Click the menu Management
2. Click the tab Base tables
3. Click the drop down box Contact categories and select Roles
4. Select the users’s role

First we will prevent animals to be deleted:
5. Click in the first row on the tab Animals
6. Deselect the checkmark for Delete

Then we prevent Breeds to be added or modified:
7. Click in the second row on the tab Index data
8. Deselect the checkmarks for Breed beneath Mod. and Add.

And we’ll prevent adding colours:
9. Deselect the checkmark for Colour beneath Add.

Now we prevent adding countries to Contact data:
10. Click in the first row on the tab Contacts
11. Click in the second row on the tab Contact data
12. Deselect the checkmark for Country beneath Add.

A user shouldn’t be allowed to delete Contacts either:
13. Click in the first row on the tab Contacts
14. Deselect the checkmark for Delete which is listed in the upper list with checkable options for this menu

The same goes for Breeding pairs:
15. Click in the first row on the tab Breeding pairs
16. Deselect the checkmark for Delete

Changing settings is not allowed either:
17. Click in the first row on the tab Management
18. Deselect the checkmark for Display menu Management

As it is not allowed to export data:
19. Click in the first row on the tab Reports
20. Deselect the checkmark for Display tab Export
21. Click Save
