How do I change my password?

  1. Go to https://www.zooeasyonline.com
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click ‘Forgotten your password?’
  4. A pop-up window will appear
  5. You will now find an email in your inbox titled ‘Change password’
  6. Click on the link in the email; ZooEasy Online will open with the My Account > Change Password menu
  7. Follow the procedure to change your password
  8. You can now log back into the administration system using your new password and email address

It may take a few minutes for the emails to appear in your inbox. Please also check your spam folder to see if the email has been delivered there.
